Overdraft Privilege

• With Overdraft Privilege we will generally pay overdraft items and fees up to $500, subject to specific rules, criteria, and limitations.  Refer to our OVERDRAFT PRIVILEGE ACCOUNT DISCLOSURE for more details.
• Regular Checking, Worry-Free Checking, Premium Checking, Advantage Checking, Regular NOW, Business Checking, Small Business Checking, and Business NOW accounts may be eligible for a $500 overdraft limit.
• When we pay your overdraft items, you will be charged our normal overdraft charge, currently $30.00, for each item that is paid.
• The Overdraft Privilege is available for covering overdrafts created by check, in-person withdrawal, ATM withdrawal, or other electronic means.
• You must bring your account to a positive balance at least once every thirty (30) days to maintain your Overdraft Privilege.
• Whether your overdrafts will be paid is discretionary and we reserve the right not to pay.  For example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing, or you are not making regular deposits, or you have too many overdrafts.
